This American Doc (TAD) is a team of physicians and technology experts set out to make healthcare staffing convenient for both the clinicians and clients.
As a physician owned company we understand the pain points of clinicians. We empower clinicians by providing them with the best opportunities and full transparency. We want clinicians to focus on what they do best – caring for patients, and leave the rest to us.
For companies interested in virtual care, we offer a whole spectrum of Telehealth services including access to our thousands of providers in our network, our partner white label platform and Telehealth management services. TAD is used by some of the largest healthcare enterprises, laboratories, home-delivery startups, and state-wide initiatives.
Milton is a co-founder and CEO of VSee – the only approved video Telehealth platform used by NASA astronauts aboard the International Space Station. He did his PhD at Stanford University where he researched human factors and design of video collaboration. Milton is also the co-author of the XMPP video standard, used by Google and Facebook Chat.
At VSee, Milton was consistently asked for Physician referrals by the partner companies. What was initially a list of opportunities for his physician friends to browse interesting jobs eventually morphed into TAD.
Jeff is an internist at Manitowoc, Wisconsin and is affiliated with multiple hospitals, including Holy Family Memorial Hospital and Aurora Medical Center-Bay Area, where he is the Hospitalist Program Director. His experience with recruiting agencies to hire locums coupled with his first hand knowledge of physician frustrations with the healthcare system, led him to found TAD, with the intent to empower clinicians by removing the middleman.
